Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Andrey Sobolev (sole proprietor, Russia, TIN 771483692521, "we", "I", "the Operator") collects, uses and protects information in connection with the website sobolev.cc and the content-management tools I operate for my own social media accounts (the "Content Tools"). The Content Tools are software I run on my own server to publish, schedule and analyse my own content on third-party platforms. They are used by me and my team only; they are not offered to the public as a service.
1. Who we are

2. What information we collect
2.1 Website visitors
- Information you submit through contact forms: name, phone number, email, Telegram username, message text.
- Technical data collected automatically by analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, AdMetric): IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referrer, approximate location, cookies and similar identifiers.
2.2 Social media accounts connected to the Content Tools
When I connect one of my own social media accounts to the Content Tools through the platform's official API (Meta / Instagram, Threads, YouTube (Google), TikTok, X, Telegram, VK, MAX), the tools store:
- Account identifiers and profile data returned by the platform (account ID, username, display name, avatar URL, follower count).
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to publish on my behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted on my server and are never shared with third parties.
- Content I create and publish (text, images, video, captions, metadata) and the platform's identifiers for the resulting posts.
- Performance metrics returned by the platform about my own posts and accounts (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, watch time, follower changes and similar).
- Comments and replies left on my own posts, so I can read and answer them.
The Content Tools do not collect data about other users of these platforms beyond what the platform returns as a public reply or mention on my own content.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the website and to provide consulting services.
- To publish and schedule my own content on connected platforms, to measure its performance and to improve future content.
- To read and reply to comments on my own posts.
- To maintain the security and correct operation of the website and the Content Tools.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising to third parties and do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
4. Third-party platforms and services
4.1 YouTube API Services
The Content Tools use YouTube API Services to upload videos to my own YouTube channels, set titles, descriptions and thumbnails, schedule publication, read comments on my videos and retrieve analytics for my channels. By using the Content Tools with a YouTube account I agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The tools store YouTube authorization tokens and channel/video metadata and statistics on my server for as long as the account stays connected; stored YouTube data is refreshed at least every 30 days and deleted when the account is disconnected. You can revoke the tools' access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page.
4.2 Meta platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook)
Publishing, insights and comment management for my own Instagram and Threads accounts use the Instagram Platform API and the Threads API in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked in Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, or in Threads → Settings → Website permissions.
4.3 TikTok
Uploading and publishing videos to my own TikTok accounts and reading their public statistics use the TikTok Content Posting API and Display API under TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked in TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and websites.
4.4 X, Telegram, VK, MAX
Publishing to my own X, Telegram, VK and MAX accounts and channels uses each platform's official API under its respective terms. Access can be revoked in the platform's account settings or by revoking the bot token.
4.5 Service providers
Hosting (VPS in the Russian Federation), analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, AdMetric), AI text and media processing (API providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI, which receive only the content being drafted, never account credentials), and messaging (Telegram) for notifications to me.
5. Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will keep working.
6. Retention
Form submissions are kept for up to 3 years or until you ask us to delete them. Social account tokens and platform data are kept while the account is connected and deleted within 30 days after disconnection or on request. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the respective analytics service.
7. Security
Data is stored on servers with restricted access. API tokens are encrypted at rest, kept out of source code and logs, and rotated according to each platform's rules. Access to the Content Tools is limited to the Operator.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing andrey@sobolev.cc. See the Data Deletion page for the procedure. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The website and the Content Tools are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at sobolev.cc/privacy-policy with the date of the last update.
11. Russian law
Processing of personal data of Russian residents is additionally governed by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". The full Russian-language policy under 152-FZ is published at sobolev.cc/privacy.

Настоящая политика описывает, как ИП Соболев Андрей Владимирович (ИНН 771483692521, «Оператор») собирает, использует и защищает информацию в связи с сайтом sobolev.cc и инструментами управления контентом, которые Оператор использует для своих собственных аккаунтов в социальных сетях («Инструменты»). Инструменты — это программное обеспечение на сервере Оператора для публикации, планирования и анализа собственного контента через официальные API площадок. Они используются только Оператором и не предоставляются третьим лицам как сервис.
Какие данные обрабатываются
Посетители сайта: данные из форм (имя, телефон, email, Telegram, текст сообщения) и технические данные систем аналитики (Google Analytics, Яндекс Метрика, AdMetric): IP-адрес, тип браузера и устройства, посещённые страницы, cookies.
Подключённые аккаунты Оператора (Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, VK, MAX): идентификаторы и данные профиля, OAuth-токены (хранятся в зашифрованном виде, никому не передаются), публикуемый контент и его идентификаторы, метрики собственных публикаций, комментарии к собственным публикациям.
Цели
Ответы на обращения и оказание консультационных услуг; публикация и планирование собственного контента, измерение его результатов; чтение и ответы на комментарии к своим публикациям; безопасность и работоспособность сайта и Инструментов. Данные не продаются и не передаются третьим лицам, кроме перечисленных поставщиков услуг (хостинг в РФ, аналитика, API-провайдеры ИИ для обработки текста, Telegram для уведомлений).
YouTube API Services и другие площадки
Инструменты используют YouTube API Services; применяются Условия использования YouTube и Политика конфиденциальности Google; доступ можно отозвать на странице настроек безопасности Google. Для Instagram и Threads применяются условия платформы Meta, для TikTok — условия TikTok; доступ отзывается в настройках соответствующих приложений.
Сроки хранения и права
Обращения из форм хранятся до 3 лет или до запроса на удаление. Токены и данные площадок хранятся, пока аккаунт подключён, и удаляются в течение 30 дней после отключения или по запросу.
