Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the website sobolev.cc (the "Site") and the content-management tools operated by Andrey Sobolev, sole proprietor, TIN 771483692521 (the "Operator", "we") for the Operator's own social media accounts (the "Content Tools").
1. The Site
The Site provides information about the Operator's marketing consulting services, courses and publications. Paid services are provided under a separate public offer available at sobolev.cc/oferta. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. The Content Tools
The Content Tools are private software operated by us on our own infrastructure to create, schedule, publish and analyse our own content on third-party platforms (Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, VK, MAX) through their official APIs. The Content Tools are not offered to the public, do not have user registration and are not a service to third parties. Only the Operator and persons authorised by the Operator may connect accounts to the Content Tools.
When using a platform through the Content Tools we comply with that platform's terms, developer policies and content rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms and X Developer Agreement. All content published through the Content Tools is created and approved by the Operator; the Content Tools do not post automated replies to other users' content.
3. Intellectual property
All materials on the Site (texts, images, video, design, code) belong to the Operator or are used with permission. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Reproduction of full materials without written consent is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the Content Tools, interfere with their operation, scrape the Site at scale or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer
The Site's content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of any business result. The Site is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.
7. Changes and law

Настоящие Условия регулируют использование сайта sobolev.cc и инструментов управления контентом, которые ИП Соболев Андрей Владимирович (ИНН 771483692521, «Оператор») использует для своих собственных аккаунтов в социальных сетях («Инструменты»).
Сайт содержит информацию об услугах, курсах и публикациях Оператора. Платные услуги оказываются на основании публичной оферты: sobolev.cc/oferta. Используя сайт, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями и Политикой конфиденциальности.
Инструменты — частное программное обеспечение на инфраструктуре Оператора для создания, планирования, публикации и анализа собственного контента на площадках (Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, VK, MAX) через их официальные API. Инструменты не предоставляются третьим лицам, не имеют регистрации пользователей и не являются сервисом. При работе с площадками Оператор соблюдает их условия и правила для разработчиков, включая Условия использования YouTube, Платформенные условия Meta, условия TikTok и X. Весь публикуемый контент создаётся и утверждается Оператором; автоматические ответы на чужой контент не публикуются.
Материалы сайта принадлежат Оператору; допускается цитирование с указанием источника, полное воспроизведение без письменного согласия запрещено. Запрещены попытки несанкционированного доступа к сайту и Инструментам и вмешательство в их работу. Сайт предоставляется «как есть», информация на нём не является гарантией результата.
